As noted in the Sun City Lincoln Hills (SCLH) Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R), Section 5.13, a SCLHCA homeowner can request a Compliance Certificate from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
The purpose of this certificate is to certify whether all exterior improvements made and other exterior work completed by the homeowner comply with the SCLHCA Design Guidelines.
The homeowner must complete and sign the Compliance Certificate Form to authorize SCLHCA to enter the lot.
If a homeowner wishes a realtor to manage the process, the homeowner must provide an authorization letter to the Association’s Community Standards office.
The following is the fee schedule:
- $50 fee for completion of the Compliance Certificate within fifteen (15) business days. (Requests submitted before 12:00 pm will begin processing the same day. Requests received after 12:00 pm will be processed the next business day.)
The Compliance Certificate Form can be found on the SCLH Residents' website, the public website, or from the Community Standards office.
The Compliance Certificate is valid only on the date it is issued.
STEP 1 - Homeowner completes, signs, and includes payment for the Compliance Certificate Request Form.
STEP 2 - ARC conducts a site visit, reviews the homeowner's resident file, and prepares findings.
STEP 3 - Community Standards office prepares the Compliance Certificate and delivers it to the homeowner/homeowner representative.
